01Is Winners financial advice?+
No. Winners is an educational game. You learn on real market data and trade virtual capital only — nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading real money involves risk; what you do beyond Winners is your call, made with your own judgment.
02Is my money ever at risk inside the app?+
Never. Every trade in Winners uses virtual capital against live market data. We don't hold real funds, and we never ask for brokerage credentials.
03How do I manage or cancel my subscription?+
Winners is free to download and use. When a paid Sage plan is available, subscriptions are handled by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone to change or cancel — it takes effect at the end of the billing period. Purchases can be restored from within the app on any device signed into your Apple ID.
04How do I report a bug or request a feature?+
Email us. For bugs, a screenshot plus your device and iOS version helps us fix it fast. Feature ideas go straight to the team that builds Winners — the best ones ship.
05How do I delete my account and data?+
Right in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. It removes your account and all associated data immediately — progress, trades, streaks, everything. Details of what we keep (and why) are in our privacy policy. No app access anymore? Email us from the address on your account and we'll handle it manually.
06What is Sage? Is it financial advice?+
Sage is your AI trading coach. It reads your actual progress — courses, quiz scores, simulator trades, habits — and coaches you from your real numbers, not generic tips. It's educational analysis only: Sage never gives personalized real-money investment advice, and every response carries that reminder.
07What are WIN tokens? Can I cash them out?+
WIN is Winners' virtual practice currency. You earn it by learning and use it as simulator capital. It has no monetary value — it can't be purchased, withdrawn, or exchanged for real money. That's what keeps practice risk-free.
08Does Sage read my chats? What does it see?+
Your conversations with Sage aren't stored on our servers — chats are stateless by design and kept only on your device, encrypted. What Sage does see is your learning and practice data (courses, trades, streaks), because that's what makes its coaching personal. Full details in the privacy policy.
09Is Winners a broker?+
No. Winners is an educational platform — we don't hold funds, execute real trades, or open brokerage accounts. If you choose to trade real money, any brokers we link to are independent third parties: your relationship (and your risk) is with them directly.
